Drop from your thinking mind into your feeling body, as we guide you through a gentle yoga flow,

breathwork and meditation, followed by a long savasana. All accompanied by the healing sounds of acoustic guitar, crystal bowls, ocean drum and chimes.

This experience promotes deep relaxation to all bodily tissues and rejuvenation on a cellular level.
