200 Hour Power Vinyasa Yoga
Teacher Training

Our intention for this training is to provide you with an opportunity to dig deep into your yoga practice as well as to expand your knowledge of yoga history, philosophy, subtle body, and anatomy. We will explore each of the 8 Limbs of Yoga through thought provoking lectures, group discussions, readings, and journaling. There are two primary goals for this training: 1) You will leave this training with confidence to be able to guide a beginner or advanced yoga class to any population of students and 2) you will leave this training with a new perspective of yourself and your yoga practice through deep self study.
You will also leave with a new community of fellow yoga students and teachers!
