Join Keala and Cecilia for a soothing evening designed to help you unwind and restore. We’ll begin with Yin Restore to prepare for Yoga Nidra with sound bath. You'll be guided through grounding practices and gentle breathwork, move into easeful stretches to release tension, and melt into a deep Yoga Nidra meditation. Throughout, the calming resonance of sound bowls will create a nurturing backdrop, supporting relaxation and inner balance.

*Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restorative practice that guides you into a state between waking and sleeping. It’s not about physically doing yoga poses, but rather lying down in stillness (usually in Savasana) while being led through a series of relaxation and awareness techniques.
