We hope you join Paula C & Cecilia R in this new workshop/continuing education opportunity coming to YRH in October! Over one weekend, Paula & Cecilia will be diving in deep into the Yamas & Niyamas and how we can apply these ancient teachings to life in our modern world. This workshop can count towards 20 hours of Continuing Education with Yoga Alliance. You do not have to have a 200 hour certificate to attend this workshop.
